To establish the Art Ideia relationship with you client, the following terms are very important. Well, after the purchase you declare yourself in agreement with them. So read carefully so you don't have any doubts.

Services provided by us:

Art Ideia develops exclusive visual identity arts for use in your company or business. Any service provided here is subject to your doubts being resolved.

Our materials are DIGITAL ARTS with final submissions via email or as the customer prefers. This means that we don't work with anything printed and we don't even send any physical material!

We do not provide video production services and not moving images;

We don't work with watercolor art;
We do not work with art in painting;
We do not work with the use of photos and nor photo processing;

We do not create names or advise companies.

Nossos materiais são ARTES DIGITAIS com envio final através de e-mail. Isso significa que não trabalhamos com nada impresso e nem enviamos nenhum material físico!

Serviços não prestados por nós:

Não colocamos marca, logotipo ou quaisquer contatos da empresa antes do envio do material;

Não trocamos fonte, formas, desenho ou cor nas artes antes do envio;

Nossas artes não são exclusivas para apenas um cliente, sendo assim não produzimos kits ou artes exclusivas para cliente algum.

Segurança e Privacidade

Security and Privacy

Any personal data and information provided by the customer can serve as a contact for service. However, they will only serve this purpose, making them confidential and without any misuse on our part.

As for contacts, any art that has customer contact can be used to publicize our work. If you do not want the disclosure in our publications, let us know until the day of delivery of the material so that the necessary concealments are made. If no notices are given, we will assume that you are aware of possible disclosures and we assume that we are authorized to make these publications without any prior notice.

If we ask for any information or personal data, it will be treated confidentially and will only be used to match confirmations and order data in order to process them more securely.

Beware of scammers! We don't ask for photos or credit card details!

We from the Art Ideia team are guaranteed by the Federal Copyright Law (Law nº 9.610, 02/1998). This covers the possibility of publishing brands, arts and any material created by us without prior notice. Through the same law, copying and/or disclosing all or part of materials prepared by us without our authorization is a crime.

You may not distribute, donate, repost, resell, sub-license or share any of our original or altered products.

Editing Process (valid for Pre-Ready)

The customer declares that he is aware that this is a company or business name edit and contacts, and that not fonts , colors , shapes and/or package products will be changed.

That there will be no material creation and that all necessary guidelines for the progress of the process have been read by the customer in the product description..

Delivery

Materials are sent to the e-mail address registered at the time of purchase, therefore, make sure you are correct :

For Digital Kits, the shipment is made at the time of payment confirmation , varying according to the confirmations described in the Payment Methods .
For Visual Identities, shipping is done in average of 48 working hours after purchase and payment confirmation. This period may vary for less or more depending on one material to another.

Final artworks will be sent in the following file formats: PNG (for Digital Kits) , PNG, JPG and PDF (for Ready-made Visual Identities) depending on the case and use. For any file failure, the customer can contact us again so that we can correct any possible errors.

When sent, we look forward to any accusation of error or non-receipt. It is expected to wait for a response within 48 hours , otherwise, we understand that the customer received the files correctly.

If a material already confirmed is lost or lost by the customer, we will evaluate the feasibility of re-sending, but there may be fees depending on the work we will have to reorganize and resend the material again.

For Visual Identities, after the final delivery, if the customer wants a change, the feasibility will be evaluated and depending on the case, a fee of R$25.00 (twenty five reais) will be charged to make the change.

Cancellations and Delays

After purchase and payment confirmation, CANCELLATION WITH REFUND IS NOT POSSIBLE .

The Reflection Period , also known as Right of Repentance , provided for in Article 49 of Law 8078/1990 (CDC) and Presidential Decree 7962/2013, does not apply to digital products as well as purchases made by mistake . Refunds are not made for digital products , as there is no the actual return of the product.

There may be delays in any production or delivery, these will be communicated to customers.

*We at Art Ideia have the right to refuse any service or order depending on situations or circumstances.

Making the purchase is simple.

2nd Add to cart

3º Read everything carefully so you don't have doubts.

4º Read the terms and conditions , when agreed the customer declares himself in agreement with everything.

5th Pass for payment.

6th When payment is confirmed:

- For Digital Kits you will receive the download link automatically.

- For Pre-Ready materials, we will send the material to your email within 48 working hours.

Nós da equipe Art Ideia estamos garantidos por Lei Federal de Direitos Autorais (Lei nº 9.610, 02/1998). O que cobre a possibilidade de publicações de marcas, artes e qualquer material criado por nós sem a necessidade de aviso prévio. Através da mesma lei, caracteriza-se como crime a cópia, e/ou divulgação total ou parcial de materiais por nós elaborados sem nossa autorização.

Não é permitido distribuir, doar, repassar, revender, sub-licenciar ou compartilhar qualquer um de nossos produtos originais ou alterados em forma digital.

Pirataria é crime! E nossa equipe está disposta à combater essa infração legalmente.

Envio

O envio é feito no ato da confirmação de pagamento, variando conforme as confirmações descritas nas Formas de Pagamentos. O envio dos materiais são feitos para o e-mail cadastrado na hora da compra, por isso, certifique-se que está correto.

O arquivo enviado por e-mail trata-se de um arquivo no formato ZIP o qual consta artes finais no formato PNG em seu conteúdo. Sendo assim é primordial o uso de computador para poder fazer uso dos materiais dentro do ZIP. Para qualquer falha no arquivo, o cliente pode nos contatar novamente para que possamos corrigir qualquer possível erro.

Quando enviado, ficamos no aguardo de qualquer acusação de erro ou não recebimento. É esperado o aguardo do retorno em até 48 horas, caso contrário, compreendemos que o cliente recebeu os arquivos corretamente.

Os links enviados para e-mail tem validade de 30 dias contados após o envio. Sendo assim, sugerimos que o cliente tenha cuidado em salvar os arquivos em sua máquina, pois após esse período os links com os materiais NÃO serão reenviados novamente.

Se houver extravio ou perda de um material já confirmado, por parte do cliente e se estiver dentro do período de 30 dias após a compra, avaliaremos as viabilidades de reenvio. Porém, pode haver taxas dependendo do trabalho que teremos para reorganizar e reenviar o material novamente.

Cancelamentos e Atrasos

Após a compra e confirmação de pagamento, NÃO É POSSÍVEL CANCELAMENTO COM REEMBOLSO.

O Prazo de Reflexão, conhecido também como Direito de Arrependimento, previsto no Artigo 49 da Lei 8.078/1990 (CDC) e no Decreto Presidencial 7.962/2013, não se aplica à produtos digitais bem como o mesmo cabe a compras feitas por engano. Não é feito o reembolso de produtos digitais, pois, não existe a devolução real do produto.

Podendo haver atrasos em qualquer produção ou entrega, os mesmos serão comunicados aos clientes.

*Nós da Art Ideia nos damos o direito de recusar qualquer serviço ou pedido dependendo de situações ou circunstâncias.
